So, we are marking today, May 13th, as the official day of walking for Madison. Although she has taken 1-2 steps here and there for the last month or so, out of nowhere she began taking several steps on her own today, at several different times throughout the day. First, Penny (Oma) mentioned it when I picked her up after work, then she toke several groups of steps while running errands with me, and finally she was a walking champ while playing with our neighbors in the evening. Such an exciting day! I'm looking forward to watching her practice walking tomorrow, and will be sure to get pictures and video!

How exciting! Charles doesn't crawl anymore and his walk has gone from a frankenstein thing to a wind up toy thing. He looks like his legs are on a cog and wheel set up and someone is turning the cranks! Be sure you take lots of video.
